That is a lot of themes. That's really nice that you make these cursors with more themes. Downloaders have a variety to choose from!
click the download button on the right-hand side on the page
use WinRAR or 7z to extract the files
choose the one u want and open the folder
RIGHT CLICK the oxy-(whatever one you chose) and click the 2nd option "Install"
go to Control Panel>Mouse>Pointers and click in the scheme drop down menu
click apply and ok.
